Lynn has over 13 years experience leading breath initiated flow classes. Lynn began her personal practice in 2006 after moving to the Greenville area. She quickly began to feel and see a positive change. Her relationships improved, and she began to feel lighter and more present. Instead of reacting she began to act. She completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2009 with Brian and Liz Delaney at Greenville Yoga and has been teaching ever since. She uses breath as a tool to help her through the challenging moments bur also the keep her grounded to enjoy the beautiful moments, too. She continues to study and grow everyday and shares all her knowledge with her students. Her soft voice and clear cues will put you at ease and keep you safe on your yoga journey.
