Lynn Harmon
Lynn Harmon is a Registered Yoga Teacher with over 15 years of experience guiding breath-centered, mindful flow classes. Since beginning her personal practice in 2006 in the Greenville area, yoga has brought Lynn profound transformation, deeper self-awareness, and more meaningful connections—both on and off the mat.
Lynn began her teaching journey in 2009 after completing her 200-hour training with Brian and Liz Delaney of Greenville Yoga, who studied under Max Strom. Drawn to the depth and sincerity of their lineage, she continued her studies directly with Max as well.
Rooted in compassion and clarity, Lynn is dedicated to sharing yoga in a way that feels both grounding and accessible. Known for her soothing voice, intuitive sequencing, and precise verbal cues, she creates a safe, welcoming space where students can explore movement and breath at their own pace. Her classes invite presence, curiosity, and a gentle return to oneself
A lifelong student herself, she continues to attend workshops and advanced trainings, always expanding her knowledge and bringing fresh inspiration to her students.
