I highly recommend yoga with Lynn. Her teaching style is awesome.
 
She always starts by asking us what we need and then she incorporates that with in the practice.  Her practice is a slow flow meaning we get in a pose and hold it for about 5 breaths. That also gives everyone time to get in the pose and work towards mastering it.
 
She shows us the pose but then walks around making sure to make adjustments to each student so they get the most out of the pose. Even if you don’t ask for help, she notices who needs it and offers suggestions.
 
She makes it a point to get to know her class. Who likes what poses, and who needs what poses. She offers wall classes when it’s a smaller group. Wall classes are fabulous!!
 
If you are looking for a yoga practice that is enjoyable with as much of a challenge as you want, take Lynn’s class. She will not disappoint!!

When I first moved to Greenville in 2014 I began looking for a yoga class.  I tried several, but didn’t feel comfortable.  I finally went to a class taught Lynn and from the beginning I felt welcomed and cared for.  Lynn;s classes are always new, and centered on building strength and resilience for both the body and the spirit. I have followed Lynn as she’s taught in different studios and was so grateful to also have her on Zoom during COVID - a comfort in the storm.  Lynn is an excellent teacher. She ensures that each of her students- young and not so young- are safe and getting what they need to reach their goals. I look forward to the next 10 years with her.

I have been so fortunate to call Lynn Harmon my Yoga teacher since 2018.  Lynn starts each class with, “What can I help you with today?”  Her classes are truly uniquely designed to meet the needs of each individual student.  Structuring classes individually requires a very thorough understanding of the body, yoga poses and alternative yoga poses based on individual needs, abilities and limitations.  Lynn’s gentle spirit, kindness and concern for others is always evident. Lynn is always conscious of bringing back wondering minds to our breath, our practice and our mats.  She reminds us that sometimes we do hard things on our mat so we can do hard things in our lives.  I always leave Lynn’s class with a renewed sense of well-being, energy and peace.  If you have the opportunity to practice with Lynn, consider yourself very fortunate.

Lynn is an excellent yoga teacher. I have been taking her classes for many years, first in person, and after Covid, virtually. I recommend her classes to everyone no matter your level. She has classes for everyone.
