Staying Healthy With the Seasons
The 1st Sunday of the Month @ 6pmEST
With Ruth Glass and Lynn Harmon
A Monthly Virtual Gathering for Living in Harmony with Nature
Join us for Staying Healthy with the Seasons, a monthly virtual workshop designed for anyone seeking a deeper connection to the rhythms of nature. Together, we’ll slow down, align with the cycles of the Earth, and cultivate practices that support physical health, emotional balance, and spiritual well-being throughout the year.
Each month, we will:
- Explore the energetics and mysticism of the seasons
- Learn about seasonal herbs and herbal preparations
- Discuss cultural and traditional celebrations connected to the time of year
- Share nourishing recipes and rituals for resilience and vitality
- Practice yoga asanas, meditations and breathwork to clear blockages and stay balanced
- Discover daily and seasonal routines inspired by ancient, natural, and spiritually oriented healing traditions
This gathering is an opportunity to reconnect—with yourself, the Earth, and a supportive community walking the same path.
I’m honored to be co-teaching alongside my dear friend and colleague Ruth Miner Glass, a certified herbalist and educator with over 16 years of experience. https://www.forestandhearthllc.com/about-us
Together, we’ll create a space that is not only educational but also a soft place to land—where you are nurtured, supported, and truly cared for.

December, January and February
Winter
Join us this winter for our "Staying Healthy with the Seasons" program, online event designed to support you through the colder months. We’ll gather on the 1st Sunday of each month at 6pm December 7th, January 4th, and February 1st, creating a welcoming space to explore healthy winter recipes, herbal remedies, and deep winter meditations. Together, we'll learn to slow down, balance, and connect, even during the winter blues. Plus, Ruthie will share her expertise on winter, with skin care for the winter season, delicious herb blends for soups, and how to make Fire Cider to keep you healthy all season long!
